A much-anticipated but super-secret packaged arrived this weekend. What I suspected to be an old magazine turned out to be my very own copy of a sure-to-be new Disney classic! Of course, I was my usual skeptical self when this movie was first announced and I was NOT enchanted by the promise of fairy tales and talking animals, but the reviewers raved. So the gals and I settled for once on a movie and to my utmost surprise I didn’t consider demanding my money back. Amy Adams was spectacular and even ole’ Dempsey made a little magic of his own. What looked on the outside to be just another sickening Disney staple revealed itself as a much more toungue-in-cheek and all together ironic tale of true love. And when it comes to wondering whether or not I’ll like a movie, I guess That’s How You Know.
